How is Docky different from a sourcing agent?

A typical agent keeps the factory's identity to themselves and earns a markup on your orders. We name the factory from the shortlist on, share every conversation, and charge a fee for our work instead of a cut of your unit price.

How does pricing work?

A project fee up front covers matching, quotes and samples. After that, an optional monthly subscription covers ongoing management: reorders, quality checks, risk monitoring and backup suppliers. Send us your brief and we'll quote the project.

Where are your factories?

Our network today is 500+ factories across China's main manufacturing regions. We match your product to the region and factory that make it best.

What kinds of products do you source?

Physical products made to your design: sporting goods, consumer products, soft goods, packaging and more. If you're not sure your product fits, send us a brief and we'll tell you honestly.

Can I talk to the factory directly?

Yes. You'll have the factory's name and contacts. Most clients let us handle the day-to-day because it saves time, but you're never locked out.

What about minimum order quantities?

They depend on the product and the factory. We'll tell you what's realistic before you commit, and look for factories whose minimums fit where your business is today.
